Reorganization of DIY store operation at Praktiker, 2022-2023
I redesigned stores’ operation by split logistic and sales processes and teams aiming to improve customer experience, speed of service. My team introduced storage registration system and application in the stores. I lead the project team, suggested organizational, process and system changes.
Redesign of the regulatory software at EGIS, 2018-2022
I coordinated the redesign of the regulatory software and relevant processes in close collaboration with production, regulatory, QA/QC, supply chain, technology, IT and the external software developer.
